OUR GOAL IS EMPOWERING INDIVIDUALS TO EXERCISE CHOICES TO MAINTAIN OR INCREASE THEIR INDEPENDENCE. OUR STRATEGY IS PROVIDING CONSUMER DRIVEN SERVICES AT NO COST TO PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES IN WESTERN WISCONSIN.
