“Dogs are not our whole life, but they make our lives whole.” Theodore made so many lives whole. A true ambassador for dogfighting victims, he reminded us all to look beyond appearances. Though he was undeniably handsome, it was his gentle soul and resilience that left the deepest mark. We’re incredibly grateful that Theodore came into our program, even if only for a short while. As soon as Trish McMillan selected him, she knew—he was more than just a rescue. He was a healer, a helper dog, and a friend to so many. Run free, sweet Theodore. You were deeply loved. (fb)
