Catoctin Forest Alliance – Catoctin Forest Alliance Welcome to Catoctin Forest AllianceMission The CFA mission is to preserve promote the health of the Catoctin Mountain forest for the enjoyment of present and future generations. Home to not one but three incredible parks Catoctin Mountain Park NPS Gambrill State Park and Cunningham Falls State Park Catoctin Mountain Forest is a vast landscape comprised of more than 11000 acres of winding trails hardwood trees and a diverse array of historic structures and resources that reflect the early fabric of our country Founded in 2009 CFA focuses on educating both children and adults to be powerful stewards and champions of the environment and this special place. The Catoctin Forest Alliance has members from across the state that are passionate about the Catoctin Mountains. Members are committed to ensuring that the alliance can continue to provide opportunities for the community to be involved in programs and activities that enhance their park experience at Catoctin Mountain Park Cunningham Falls State Park and Gambrill State Park.
