PROJECT ROUSSEAU INC
Project Rousseau is a non-profit organization that helps underserved young people reach their full potential and pursue higher education. At Project Rousseau our mission is to simultaneously improve access to education and to raise academic outcomes amongst the country's most underserved and high potential youth. We achieve this by delivering mentoring, academic support, community service programs and international cultural exchanges for the young people referred to us. We take a holistic approach to our students' education and development because we believe that academic problems rarely have academic causes. We strive to give every one of our students the opportunity of a college education. Our students range from ages 10 to 21 and typically come from families with average income of less than $10,000; all of our students are living well below the poverty line.

Our Student Needs team addresses challenges at home such as immigration challenges housing insecurity and hunger.
