K-9 PALS - K-9 Placement and Assistance League, Inc. is dedicated to providing humane care, forever homes and advocacy for homeless and abandoned dogs of Santa Barbara County and other dogs in need. K-9 PALS provides veterinary care, behavior training and socialization, adoption promotions, food, daily comforts and care needs for the homeless and abandoned dogs in county animal shelters and the dogs that are rescued by the organization.
