TO PROVIDE A SAFE AND RELIABLE AIRPORT FACILITY FOR MEMBERS OF THE ORGANIZATION; TO PROVIDE A PROPER STORAGE FACILITY FOR MEMBERS' AIRCRAFT; AND TO PROVIDE A STORAGE AND DISPENSING FACILITY FOR AIRCRAFT FUELS
