NOA EXISTS TO CONNECT ELECTED AND STAFF LEADERS OF PROFESSIONAL NURSING ORGANIZATIONS TO INSPIRE, COLLABORATE, AND PROVIDE A FORUM FOR INFORMATION EXCHANGE AND THE SHARING OF RESOURCES AND BEST PRACTICES.

NOA The Nursing Organizations Alliance Home Page The Nursing Organizations Alliance NOA NOA exists to connect elected and staff leaders of professional nursing organizations to inspire collaborate and provide a forum for information exchange and the sharing of resources and best practices. NOA is the premier collaborative community convening leaders of professional nursing organizations to address common interests and achieve shared goals. The Nursing Organizations Alliance NOA was formed when two longstanding coalitions of nursing organizations united to create an enduring collaborative that would promote a strong voice and cohesive action to address issues of concern to the community of nursing. The historic vote to create NOA occurred on November 17 2001 at a special meeting of the National Federation for Specialty Nursing Organizations NFSNO and the Nursing Organizations Liaison Forum NOLF member organizations in Salt Lake City UT.
