North Dakota Association of the Blind Welcome to the North Dakota Association of the Blind We strive to enhance the way of life for people who are blind or visually impaired to encourage employment opportunities and to educate the public about sight loss. Our vision is for all North Dakotans who are blind or visually impaired to live fulfilling independent lives. Giving Hearts Day The North Dakota Association of the Blind invites you to Be Aware and support us on Giving Hearts Day in 2025. Giving Hearts Day is February 13 and serves as the major source of funds we rely on to operate our service programs such as summer camp for adults recreation retreats for youth and adults scholarships and awareness programs that educate and communicate about the realities associated with loss of eyesight.
