Expanding Housing Choices in Chicagos Northern Suburbs HODC provides hope in the form of safe affordable housing to those struggling to make ends meet on a limited income. HODC is a communitybased nonprofit that makes an affordable home a reality for a diverse group of people who are unable to afford housing in their community. Affordable housing provides hope for individuals and families who are at risk of eviction foreclosure and homelessness. Teresa wanted to share how living in an HODC affordable housing apartment has impacted her life.
