THE COUNCIL CONDUCTS EDUCATIONAL AND TRAINING PROGRAMS AND MAINTAINS A COLLABORATIVE LIAISON WITH THE CONFERENCE OF CHIEF JUSTICES, THEREBY ENABLING IT TO SHARE IDEAS THAT ARE INTELLECTUALLY STIMULATING AND PROGRAMS THAT ARE SUPREMELY FUNCTIONAL AND UTILITARIAN.
