Liberty Community Gardens Home Liberty Community Gardens LCG is a nonprofit organization that manages 60 community garden plots in Battery Park City in Lower Manhattan. We have a diverse membership which includes local schools. Need to review or sign your 2024 contract. History Press Liberty Community Gardens were founded in 1987 not long after Battery Park Citys first buildings opened.
