Since 2009 we have been working to educate support and advocate for the genetic nature of dyslexia and to identify which assessments and instructional approaches help Alaskans read better. We also collaborate with other organizations working on behalf of people struggling to read. While serving as a local connection for Alaskans we are also a gateway to the international community through our parent organization the International Dyslexia Association.
