Grove Place – The place to be! Grove Place Welcome Grove Place is the oldest continually occupied residential neighborhood in Downtown Rochester. The Grove Place Association is a very active group of residents business owners and other interested parties with common goals for our neighborhood. Pertinent issues to our membership include PlanningZoning Security Development Arts and Beautification Outreach and any other issues that would affect the quality of life in Grove Place. The GPA meets Sundays near the end of the months of September October November January February March and April.
