ITS MISSION IS TO PROVIDE INDIVIDUALS WITH DISABILITIES SERVICES AND OPPORTUNITIES THAT WILL ENABLE AND EMPOWER THEM TO ACHIEVE THEIR MAXIMUM POTENTIAL IN EMPLOYMENT, LIFE SKILLS, AND INDEPENDENT LIVING.
