Where Are the Children Heroes Foundation (WATCH), founded in June 2009, is to provide free eye examinations and eyeglasses for school children in the Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex (Texas area) between the ages of 5 and 17 years whose parents or guardians lack the financial resources to provide this essential service.
