To establish locally sourced sustainable businesses in low income communities in predominately rural Oklahoma by providing technical assistance, training, resources, and managerial support to underrepresented primarily minority low income individuals, business startups, cottage industries, micro enterprises, and organizations catalyzing sustainable community wealth.
