Blandford Memorial Pipe Band About Us Established in 1974 the Blandford Bands is a Bagpipe and Drum band located in the Inland Empire area of California for 50 years and counting. Our Journey With five decades of experience were gearing up for the World Pipe Band Championships in 2024. From local competitions to our journey to Scotland the band looks forward to competing and ultimately performing in Glasgow Scotland.
