SPIN is an all volunteer non-profit which provides care for strays pets under the jurisdicition of animal control officers, above what is paid for by cities and towns for the prevention o cruelty to animals. To provide sheltering, veterinary care and humane education for stray pets. To work with appropriate agencies and provide temporary care for pets displaced due to domestic violence, elder or child abuse.
