Homestudies & Adoption Placement Services (HAPS) has a strong belief in, and commitment to, the development and support of families. We believe that every child deserves, and is entitled to, the love and security of belonging to a family, and we count it a blessing to help children reach this goal. With this focus, HAPS partners with couples and individuals who seek to build their family through adoption, as well as birth parents considering an adoption plan for their child.
