The Local and EmergingArtists Foundation (L.E.A.F.) believes that the creation of art is not adiscretionary, but rather, a necessary facet of society. We believe that theartist's desire to create must be supported and encouraged. Therefore, it isthe goal of L.E.A.F. to find struggling emerging artists and provide them withmicro-grants that will allow them to continue their work.
