The Parent Place Making an Impact Since 1974 Equipping Parents with Parenting Techniques and Support Providing Classes to Develop Enhance Parenting Skills Facilitating ChildFocused Mediation Positive CoParenting Support for Grandparents Raising Grandchildren Diapers Support for Babies Their Families About The Parent Place Since 1974 The Parent Place has taught local parents and professionals in Springfield Illinois effective parenting skills. We serve familieswith newborns families in the midst of divorceseparation and families who want to enhance their parenting skills to become more effective parents. Fees for servicesare based on a sliding fee scale for most services. Last year the parent place served over 5200 parents in central Illinois while receiving exceptionally high evaluation ratings.
