American Indian Child Resource Center
Our mission is to preserve and promote the integrity and culture of American Indian youth and their families. Founded by a group of American Indian nurses over 33 years ago to provide basic coping skills to a relocated population of Native Americans, AICRC serves the community in 10 counties of the greater San Francisco Bay Area. The American Indian family has always been a resourceful, influential, and productive cornerstone of our society. By providing foster care, counseling, teen health education including pregnancy and HIV prevention and educational services, AICRC helps Indian families stay together and promotes the success of our Native youth.
