Next week on May 28, Honduran courts will hear charges of document falsification against the executives of Ecotek and Los Pinares, the companies whose illegal mining operations Juan courageously opposed. His assassination in 2024 was a direct result of his activism. Juan was our close partner and we are committed to carrying his legacy forward.
