NEGOTIATE A BARGAINING AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE TROY EDUCATION ASSOCIATION AND THE TROY SCHOOL DISTRICT. KEEP MEMBERS INFORMED AND INVOLVED WITH THE FEDERAL/STATE/LOCAL LAWS AND LEGISLATION THAT IMPACT THE BARGAINING AGREEMENT. ALSO, PROVIDE SCHOLARSHIPS TO GRADUATING HIGH SCHOOL SENIORS AND DONATIONS TO A SCHOLARSHIP FUND.
