Down the Line and Beyond DTLB is a United States Tennis Organization USTA affiliated National Junior Tennis League NJTL 501c3 nonprofit foundation that organizes free tennis education and character development programs for 1000 children in underserved parks and communities within the city of Philadelphia. DTLB with the assistance of CITRS an organization that structures and implements effective character education and development has built a curriculum for its programs that fosters integrity selfcontrol justice fortitude positive attitude humility respect and good sportsmanship.
