Amanecer Counseling & Resource Center: compassionate, culturally responsive emotional & behavioral health services that empower individuals & families Amanecer Counseling & Resource Center provides bilingual, trauma-informed, culturally responsive mental health counseling and resources to the community including supervision & training to mental health providers. FCCSP provides bilingual, culturally-responsive behavioral health therapy to a diverse community in the city of Wilmington and surrounding areas. We primary work with some of the most vulnerable individuals and families in our community, predominately Latin American immigrants and their families with low incomes and limited access to quality behavioral health care. FCCSP envisions a community where every individual has the opportunity to improve their quality of life without facing linguistic, financial, and stigmatic barriers to access care.
