ORA was formed in 1967 by nonprofit community agencies and has since then been the voice of providers, successfully advocating for people with disabilities. ORA envisions communities where people with disabilities live rich, fulfilling and inclusive lives. ORA is the statewide network that represents, supports and advocates for our members as they provide services for individuals with intellectual, developmental or other disabilities to lead full and inclusive lives.
