THE CORPORATION MAY, UNDER THE GUIDANCE AND DIRECTION OF ITS BOARD OF DIRECTORS, PROVIDE SERVICES AND/OR SUPPORT TO, AND/OR AFFILIATE OR CONSOLIDATE WITH OTHER ORGANIZATIONS OF SIMILAR OR COMPLIMENTARY PURPOSES.
