Community Rowing at Lake Casitas. Programs for High School, Middle School, and Adult Novice and Mast Lake Casitas Rowing Association provides community instruction and training for athletes of all ages and abilities in the art of rowing. We promote a lifetime appreciation of fitness, recreation and environmental stewardship of Lake Casitas, and in particular focus on the positive and wholesome development of young people in our county.
