Lakeview Employment Group
Lakeview Employment Group provides short term work experiences for individuals with barriers to finding and maintaining employment. Participants in our organization may be homeless or housing insecure, have a criminal background, and/or working through issues with substance addiction or abuse. Though we are officially a 501c3 our organizational model is more social enterprise. LEG solicits and creates projects that connect to local businesses Participants are paid $13 an hour for 10 hours a week for 13 weeks. In this time they have the opportunity to review and cultivate important job and life skills.
