On this final day of #TeacherAppreciationWeek, we wanted to share the story of Keon and his partner Sharianna. Keon is a local grade school teacher and a member of the organization Black Men Teach Twin Cities. Two years ago, Black Men Teach and Habitat partnered together to help Black male teachers become homeowners.🍎🏠 At the time, Keon didn't think it was possible. But we’re excited to share that he is the first member of Black Men Teach to become a Habitat homeowner. Many, many congratulations to Keon! Watch his story below.
