THE MISSION OF SHILOH FOUNDATION, INC IS TO PROVIDE A SAFE HAVEN FOR PEOPLE TO TAKE THEIR HORSE WHEN THEIR FINANCIAL SITUATION GROWS DIRE. TO ALLOW THEM TO SAVE FACE BY TURNING OVER THE HORSE RATHER THAN SIMPLY ALLOWING THE HORSE TO STARVE. THE MISSION OF SHILOH FOUNDATION, INC IS TO EDUCATE PEOPLE ABOUT THE COST OF OWNERSHIP SO THEY UNDERSTAND HOW TO PROPERLY PROVIDE FOR A HORSE.
