The New York Race Track Chaplaincy ministers to the heart and soul of this “Backstretch" community with social service programs, recreational programs, educational opportunities, children's enrichment programs, and non-denominational religious services. The Chaplaincy provides these extensive services with the intent of satisfying not only spiritual needs but also basic human necessities, and its unique population is served without regard to race, creed, religion, background, or social status.

The NY Chaplaincy provides these extensive services with the intent of satisfying spiritual needs and basic human necessities as well as providing the tools necessary for the realization of personal strength and growth through a connection to God and community. Serving God Serving People Our programs offer a wide range of support and opportunities for the Backstretch community including social services youth enrichment womens and teen mentoring programs high school graduate support and recreational activities.
