PRS ENCOURAGES SOCIALIZATION AND RELATIONSHIP BUILDING AS WELL AS EMPLOYMENT TRAINING AND PLACEMENT, RECREATIONAL AND THERAPEUTIC SERVICES TO ENABLE A PERSON TO LIVE AND GROW AT THEIR OPTIMUM POTENTIAL WITH ALL RIGHTS AFFORDED TO THEM AS CITIZENS.
