The Mission of OMOL is One More Child to Support and One Less Child without their needs met from exposure to poverty. OMOL Mentoring Programs mission is to address the lack of education, workforce, food deserts, environmental inclusion, veterans housing/wrap-around services, and health disparities in youth, veterans, and their families who reside in impoverished communities in the Greater Baltimore, MD and Mecklenburg, NC Area. The programs promote and support positive growth among emotional need / underprivileged / at-risk, youth and veterans by preparing and empowering them for positive social change.

We believe that strong community partnerships working together for a common goal is essential to the success of our young people and to the development of strong families which is the foundation for strong communities WE ARE .
