CJE is the designated association and education center for JOC and related IDIQ contracting methods. As the industry's designated nonprofit association, we educate, promote best practices, and provide a forum for the collaborative Job Order Contracting project delivery method. Through the development and education of the industry, facilities and public infrastructures benefit from the efficient performance-based delivery method.
