The mission of the Friends of the DaPonte String Quartet is to develop the resources to enable the DaPonte String Quartet to bring excellence in chamber music to diverse audiences in Maine and beyond through performances, education, and personal contact.

Bring your quartet, quintet, or sextet to the Adult Chamber Music Weekend Workshop. Preformed groups are preferred, but we can help match players if needed. Perform in a private mini-concert and take advantage of the $250 fee, made possible through our partnership with the Associated Chamber Music Players (ACMP).
