PROVIDE A COMPETITIVE SWIM ENVIRONMENT FOR YOUTH AGED 6-18. INSTRUCTION AND PRACTICE IS PROVIDED AT A LEVEL AND FREQUENCY (2-6 TIMES PER WEEK) DEPENDING ON THE MOTIVATION OF THE SWIMMER AND INDIVIDUAL ABILITY.
