Quad County Urban League (QCUL) is a 501 (c) 3 non-profit community-based organization which was founded in 1975. The Quad County Urban League is an affiliate of the National Urban League located in Aurora, IL. Quad County Urban League is dedicated to promoting civic engagement and equal opportunities for African Americans, Women, and disadvantaged people. We empower communities by providing workforce development and educational opportunities regardless of their socioeconomic status or background. Our focus is social justice and equality for marginalized and underrepresented groups within DuPage, Kane, Kendall, and Will counties of Illinois.
