Brinn met one of her heroes. ✨ Brinn is an avid soccer fan. So, it was a dream come true when PGA Wives gifted her a soccer-themed room, along with a silent soccer ball to help her keep up her practice. The cherry on top? Michelle Alozie, professional soccer player and leukemia researcher at our Cancer & Hematology Center, even paid her a visit. Having played soccer since she was 3, Brinn knows better than anyone the importance of pushing through—especially in the final stretch. And now that she’s completed her final round of chemo for Acute Myeloid Leukemia, she’s gearing up her next chapter. “I'm so grateful that I got to meet Michelle! She is such an amazing player and great person both on and off the field,” said Brinn. “I'm home now, feeling great and ready to get back to soccer.” ⚽️ (fb)
