Celebrating 30 years Who We Are Integrated Community Work Inc. ICW is a private nonprofit organization whose mission is to provide an array of supported employment services and other communitybased opportunities to adults with developmental disabilities. We believe that with advocacy training and support every workingage person we serve has the opportunity to work in his or her community. ICW provides individualized services including job and task analysis job development and placement and ongoing longterm support.
