A Not-for-Profit corporation formed to provide support to the Athletic Department at North Carolina AT University consistent with the purposes set forth in its corporate chapter, as properly amended from time to time. In furthreance of said purposes and within the requirement for and organization qualified under section 501c3 of the IRC.
