We reduce complex, lifestyle-related and chronic conditions, such as obesity and diabetes, and increase the resiliency of youth and adults through our community-focused empowerment model. We promote mutually reinforcing efforts that are culturally responsive, support healthy behaviors, and engage environments where people live, work, study, play.
