Our mission is to provide care, support, advocacy and education to people in Erie County impacted by serious illness and loss. THE MISSION OF THE HOSPICE FOUNDATION OF WESTERN NEW YORK IS TOSOLICIT, ACCEPT, ADMINISTER AND INVEST CHARITABLE FUNDS ON BEHALF OFHOSPICE & PALLIATIVE CARE BUFFALO, INC. AND ITS AFFILIATES.
