Project NOW Inc., Community Action Agency, serves Rock Island, Henry and Mercer counties in Illinois. Since 1968 we have helped families with low incomes and seniors meet basic needs and improve their standard of living. We strengthen our region by helping people help themselves and one another. We strive to eliminate the causes of poverty through strategic partnerships and alleviate the negative conditions where poor people live.
