THE PURPOSES OF THE PENN STATE RUGBY ALUMNI CLUB, INC. ARE TO SUPPORT THE DEVELOPMENT OF AMATEUR RUGBY STUDENT-ATHELETES FOR NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL COMPETITION, AND SERVE THE MEMBERSHIP BY PROVIDING EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATIONS AND WORTHWHILE EVENTS. OUR VISION IS TO MAKE PENN STATE UNIVERSITY A PREMIER RUGBY UNIVERSITY IN THE U.S.A BY PRODUCING NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP-CALIBER TEAMS AND PROVIDING SUPPORT, NETWORKS, AND OPPORTUNITIES THAT WILL DEVELOP SUCCESSFUL STUDENTS INTO LEADERS OF TOMORROW - ALL WITHIN THE ADMINISTRATIVE GUIDELINES OF PSU'S INTERCOLLEGIATE ATHLETICS, INCLUDING CLOSE COORDINATION WITH THE OFFICE OF THE COORDINATOR OF TEAM SPORTS AND THE DIRECTOR OF RUGBY.
