Community Action Inc of Rock and Walworth Counties
Community Action, Inc. of Rock and Walworth Counties (CAI) will be relocating its primary headquarters from 20 Eclipse Center to the Merrill Community Center at 1428 Wisconsin Avenue in Beloit, effective October 31, 2025. All CAI program locations, including the Pathways site at the Eclipse Center, will remain open and continue to serve the public throughout this transition.
