The mission of the Engineering Council is to act as the governing body for the student body of the Grainger College of Engineering at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Engineering Council organizes the largest events in the college, including Engineering Open House, the Fall and Spring Career Fairs, Engineers' Week, as well as various other events throughout the year that benefit Engineering Students.

Our Executive Board Engineering Council is led by a group of 20 passionate leaders. The EC Executive Board directs the future of the organization while heading the largest events at the University of Illinois.
