Calling Glencoe 5th-8th Graders! GJHP is seeking Big Book Buddies for the upcoming Spring Session (Tuesdays, April 8-May 20, 4pm-4:50pm at the Glencoe Library). Registration is FREE and open now at gjhp.org/book-buddies. Book Buddies is a GJHP peer mentoring literacy program that pairs K-2nd grade students with 5th-8th grade students to work on reading, comprehension, and a shared love for books! Supervised by the Glencoe Library Staff, the objective of Book Buddies is to offer all participants an opportunity to develop personal connections and build reading skills by working with children of different ages.
