HIRF is working to improve the quality of life for individuals in Sierra Leone, West Africa. Service and Compassion in Action: HIRF is dedicated to serving Sierra Leone's underprivileged and economically disadvantaged through the provision of comprehensive initiatives in healthcare, education, economic empowerment, and disaster response. Through the delivery of healthcare services, clean water, food, and educational training, the Healey International Relief Foundation embraces the needs of vulnerable individuals and families in Sierra Leone.
